Centralization of Data and Analytics by creation of a new Global Data Centre of Excellence using a new centrally hosted Databricks platform. Ingesting regional instances of SAP R3 ERP data for each of North America, EMEA, ASPAC and LATAM to build new global data platform CI/CD data pipelines at pace. Reverse engineering existing legacy data and analytic solutions including Alteryx ETLs, Acorn OLAP cubes, Tableau and Qlik Sense analytics to define data and metric requirements to be re-engineered in new Databricks platform with single analytical tool to ensure standardisation.
